Each summer, AFA is proud to feature the annual concert program book for the AFA Summer Concert Series. This professionally produced concert program will be handed out free of charge to every one who attends our concerts and will be prominently featured at all major concerts (more than six thousand people attend these performances annually).

AFA would like to invite you or your business to advertise in our concert program. As one of AFA’s advertisers, your message will reach hundreds of aspiring young musicians in the city of Houston, their families and community members. In addition, it will show your support for AFA’s nationally competitive, regionally focused music conservatory in Houston.

If you would like to advertise in our 2010 Concert Program, please review the advertising options that appear below. We encourage you to place your order early. Our concert program will be a limited length and orders will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.

The 2010 AFA Summer Concert Program is 5 1/2" wide by 8 1/2" tall. A variety of ad sizes are available.

Back Cover. Full Page, Color; only one available. Width 4 1/2" x Height 7 1/2". $750. (accepted on a first-come, first served basis, no bleeds)

Front Inside cover. Full Page, only One available. B/W. Width 4 1/2" x Height
7 1/2". $500 (accepted on a first-come, first-served basis)

Back Inside cover. One available. B/W. Width 4 1/2" x Height 7 1/2". $400 (accepted on a first-come, first-served basis)

Full page. B/W. Width 4 1/2" x Height 7 1/2". $300 (Artwork provided by you)

Advertising Considerations

Electronic documents should be sent in the following formats only: PDF, EPS or JPG.

Artwork: AFA prefers to receive camera-ready artwork electronically either in PDF, JPG or EPS format (minimum 300 dpi). You may provide a hard copy of your artwork which AFA will scan electronically for inclusion in the concert program.

For artwork that is not camera-ready, there is a $50 production charge and/or a $25 scanning fee.

For smaller ads, AFA is happy to provide typesetting services at $20/line.

Advertising agency commissions must be paid by the advertiser.

AFA reserves the right to refuse any advertisement based on acceptability or content.
